Leicester City Football Club is set to make significant changes in the coming years, according to Jamie Vardy, who has been appointed as the club's new manager.
In his latest interview with Sky Sports, Vardy outlined his vision for the future of the club,Match Point New Dynamics which includes ambitious goals and aspirations that will be achieved through hard work and determination.
One of the key areas that Vardy highlighted was the need for the club to improve its performance on the pitch. He said: "We have to be better defensively, we have to be better offensively and we have to be more consistent.
"We have to be a team that can compete at the top level and I believe that we can achieve that."
Vardy also spoke about the importance of developing young talent within the club, saying: "I think it's really important for us to invest in our youth academy and develop the next generation of players.
"I think that's something that we've got to do if we're going to continue to succeed in the long term."
Another area where Vardy sees potential for improvement is the club's financial situation. He said: "We have to be careful with our finances and we have to ensure that we're sustainable in the long term.
"We have to be mindful of the fact that we can't just rely on one or two players to win games, we have to be a team that can perform consistently throughout the season."
