Jamie Vardy, the Leicester City striker, has outlined his goals for the future as he looks to continue his impressive career in English football.
Vardy is currently on loan at Aston Villa and has been impressive since joining the club last season. He scored 17 goals in 24 league appearances during his time at the club so far this season.
In an interview with the Daily Mail, Vardy spoke about his vision for the future and how he wants to continue to improve as a player.
He said: "I want to be one of the best strikers in the world. I want to be remembered for my goals and assists, not just for scoring them."
Vardy also spoke about his desire to help Leicester City win more trophies,Primeira Liga Hotspots saying: "I want to help the team win titles and achieve success. That's what motivates me every day."
The 31-year-old striker has already won several major honours during his career, including two Premier League titles and two FA Cups with Leicester City.
However, Vardy believes that there is still more to come from him and that he can continue to grow as a player.
He added: "There's still so much more I can do as a player. I'm always looking to improve and push myself further.
"I believe that if I keep working hard and staying committed to my craft, I can achieve even greater things."
