Hamdallah: A Legend in the Middle East Football Scene

Hamdallah, born as Mohammad Ali Hamdallah on 22nd March 1958, is a Lebanese professional football player who played as a striker for various clubs throughout his career. Born in Lebanon's capital city of Beirut, he was initially drafted by Manchester United at the age of 17 and later moved to the US club New England Revolution. However, due to his poor form and lack of success in the American league, Hamdallah left the United States for Europe.

Hamdallah made his debut for the Lebanese national team in 1980, but his international career was cut short when he suffered a serious injury that forced him out of the game completely. In 1986, he returned to the national team and scored two goals against Italy in a friendly match. His exceptional skills and determination led to him being named to the Lebanese squad for the 1988 FIFA World Cup in Mexico.

He went on to become one of the most successful strikers in English football history, scoring more than 200 goals during his time with the Red Devils. However, Hamdallah struggled to find his place in the United Kingdom's first team, and he eventually moved back to France to play for Nantes in the French Ligue 1. He retired from playing after seven seasons, leaving behind a legacy as one of the greatest strikers in French football history. Despite his departure, Hamdallah remains a revered figure in the world of football and continues to be celebrated for his contributions to the sport.
