Sadio Mané's championship break at Al Nassr

Sadio Mané has broken his suspension for the second time in just three weeks, following a controversial challenge to a penalty during a match against Al-Nassr on Sunday.

The former Liverpool and Manchester United player was suspended by the Egyptian Football Federation after he was seen trying to block a shot from Mohamed Salah in the 87th minute of the game.

However, the decision was later overturned and Mané was allowed to play despite the incident, with the Egyptian FA confirming that it would be backdated to the match day when it was originally announced.

Despite this setback, Mané is set to continue training ahead of the start of the season, and hopes to return to action as soon as possible.

The 26-year-old has been one of the standout performers for Liverpool this season, scoring five goals and providing assists in 11 matches so far,Premier League Updates while also helping his country to qualify for the UEFA Europa League.

His performances have impressed both managers and fans alike, with Klopp describing him as "a genius" and Pep Guardiola saying he had "the best strike rate I've ever seen".

But Mané's suspension comes at a difficult time for the club, who are currently struggling to find a solution to their financial troubles and have been plagued by off-field controversies over the past few months.

In addition to the disciplinary issues, there have been reports that Mané may not be fit enough to play in the upcoming Premier League fixtures, which could put pressure on him to come out of the break early if he wants to continue playing regularly.

Whatever the situation, Mané remains confident that he can bounce back from his latest setback and will continue to work hard to regain his form.
